Design

1) When you place a design order through our website, you are deemed to have approved the preliminary information provided to you and the service agreement.
2) Once you place a design order, a delivery period is determined by the Netbioca Internet and Information Technologies team for the delivery of the service.
3) If you do not receive the service within that period, you have the right to cancel the service.
4) Unfortunately, no refund is made after the service has been delivered to you.
5) If you do not make your payment by the final payment date given to you for the service, your order will be deemed invalid.
6) Netbioca Internet and Information Technologies reserves the right not to provide services again to a customer who submits a cancellation request.

Hosting & Reseller Hosting

1) You may cancel your hosting and reseller hosting orders placed through our website within 7 days without giving any reason and receive a refund. The refund will be made after deducting the amount corresponding to the period during which you used the service.
2) No refund is made after the first 7 days following the purchase of the service.
3) After your refund process is completed, the relevant service is cancelled. Once the cancellation request for hosting or reseller hosting services is approved, your service will be deleted together with your files.
4) Netbioca Internet and Information Technologies reserves the right not to provide services again to a customer who submits a cancellation request.

Cancellation Process

1) After Netbioca Internet and Information Technologies approves the cancellation request received from the customer, the remaining amount corresponding to the unused part of the service will be refunded within 15 business days.
2) After approving the cancellation request, Netbioca Internet and Information Technologies requests the customer's bank account information for the remaining refundable amount.
3) Bank account information must be sent to us through the e-mail address registered in our system.
4) An information notice regarding the refunded service will be sent to the e-mail address registered in our system.
