I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection Information Notice for Customers (the "Information Notice"), prepared by Netbioca Creative Studio ("Netbioca") in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Within this scope, I expressly consent to the following personal data transfer processes within the limits of the Information Notice:

The processing of my name-surname, e-mail address, phone number, Turkish ID number, and billing information for the purpose of creating a customer panel account through the website and carrying out and tracking purchase transactions,

The processing of my name-surname and contact information for the purpose of contacting me in connection with advertising, promotion, marketing, and campaign activities and, within this scope, the transfer of such data to the Message Management System as required by Netbioca's legal obligation,

The transfer of my identity and contact data to an ICANN-accredited data storage company located abroad due to receiving services from that company and storing data on servers located abroad,

The transfer of my identity and contact data, as well as the IP data of the device used by me, to SSL registration companies located abroad, intermediary SSL registration companies, software companies, and intermediary companies selling licenses due to receiving services from such companies and storing data on servers located abroad,

In the event remote technical support is provided, the transfer of my data for these purposes due to receiving services from the company providing the AnyDesk application, which is located in Spain; the company providing TeamViewer services, which is located in Germany; and WhatsApp, which provides file and voice communication services and is located in the United States of America, and due to storing such data on servers located abroad,

At my explicit request and with my explicit consent, the transfer of my data to the country in which the data center of the cloud service provider requested by me is located, so that the infrastructure and cloud services of the services received may be stored in data centers located abroad.
